Marketing & Influencer Lead

Manolya FZ LLC is a Dubai-based lifestyle brand holding company headquartered in Dubai. Our mission is to build and represent next-generation lifestyle and consumer product brands across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MAT region), with a focus on women, kids, Gen Z, and Millennial consumers.

We partner with international brands to bring their collections to the GCC market through a multi-channel distribution model that spans e-commerce marketplaces, physical retail, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The person in this seat must have deep experience in e-commerce growth marketing, specifically including performance marketing, influencer-driven commerce, affiliate program management, drop-culture campaign execution, and cross-platform retargeting. They understand LTV:CAC ratios, cohort analysis, and conversion rate optimization as fluently as they understand TikTok creator relationships and Arabic content strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Own the end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy for the e-commerce—from awareness through to repeat purchase—with direct accountability for the $18–22 Year 1 Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) target and $85–165 twelve-month LTV per customer.

  • Build and manage all paid performance marketing channels: TikTok Ads (primary), Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook), Google Shopping, and YouTube pre-roll—with market-specific creative and targeting for UAE, KSA, Turkey, Egypt, Nigeria, and South Africa.

  • Implement and manage the cross-platform retargeting program—the lowest-CAC acquisition channel in the ecosystem driven by email retargeting from the e-commerce customer base and Meta retargeting audiences.

  • Own and report weekly on the full marketing funnel dashboard: impression-to-click rate, click-to-cart rate, cart-to-purchase rate, CAC by channel, blended CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, and ROAS by campaign and market.

Influencer Network & Affiliate Programme

  • Build and manage a network of 100+ regional creators and influencers across the target categories and markets—sports fans, gaming creators, anime communities, pop culture commentators, streetwear and fashion accounts, and luxury lifestyle influencers.

  • Structure, launch, and manage the 25% affiliate commission program—the primary acquisition channel for the e-commerce platforms. This includes affiliate onboarding, link generation, conversion tracking (built by the Technical Lead), commission calculation, and payout management.

  • Negotiate influencer agreements: deliverable formats (TikTok video, Instagram Reel, YouTube integration, live co-hosting), exclusivity clauses, content approval rights, performance thresholds, and renewal conditions.

  • Build creator relationships within the Local IP Moat categories.

  • Textile artists and gaming creators—who will power both marketing content and the Year 2 creator merchandise program.

  • Develop and manage the influencer drop co-hosting model for the 60-minute live commerce events: selecting and briefing influencer co-hosts, managing pre-event content, running the live event format, and analyzing post-event conversion performance.

Drop Calendar Content Engine

  • Design and manage the weekly Drop Engine content calendar — the commercial engine of the platform. This means producing the full content arc for every drop: 72-hour teaser content with influencer partners; live-event countdown and promotional content; 48-hour close-urgency content; and community design vote promotion.

  • Build a content production pipeline—using in-house content, influencer-generated content, and contracted creators—capable of delivering consistent, high-quality Arabic, Turkish, and English-language content at a weekly drop cadence from Day 1 of launch.

  • Develop and own the FOMO mechanics that drive purchase urgency: scarcity messaging standards, countdown content formats, sold-out announcement content, and post-drop hype content that builds demand for the next drop.

  • Work with the business analyst and technical lead to ensure the Drop Engine's content requirements—teaser page design, live event landing page, and sold-out messaging—are captured in platform specifications.

SEO, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and execute the Arabic and Turkish SEO strategy for the e-commerce platforms—targeting high-intent licensed merchandise search queries across UAE, KSA, and Turkey from launch.

  • Design and implement the email and push notification lifecycle marketing program: post-purchase engagement, drop teaser alerts, community vote notifications, low-stock urgency triggers, and win-back campaigns for lapsed customers.

  • Build the email retargeting program—the primary acquisition channel, targeting customers with value-led licensed merchandise offers from the off-price inventory.

  • Implement customer segmentation: drop purchasers vs. browse-only users, high-LTV early adopters vs. one-time purchasers, market-level segments (UAE vs. KSA vs. Turkey), and category affinity segments (sports vs. anime vs. pop culture).

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the full marketing analytics stack: TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, email platform analytics, influencer performance dashboards, and affiliate conversion tracking.

  • Produce a weekly performance report for the CEO covering: total and channel-level CAC, new customer acquisition by market, influencer-driven GMV contribution, affiliate commission liability, waitlist growth, and social audience growth.

  • Conduct post-drop performance reviews after every live commerce event—analyzing peak concurrent viewers, conversion rate, average order value, and influencer attribution—with recommendations for the next drop.

  • Build A/B testing cadence across all paid channels, email subject lines, and influencer content formats—with a minimum of one test per channel per fortnight.

Experience & Requirements

  • 5–8 years of e-commerce marketing experience — with demonstrable, quantified results in customer acquisition, CAC management, and LTV growth for an e-commerce brand or marketplace.

  • This is an e-commerce marketing role first. Candidates without a track record of driving online sales and managing performance marketing budgets will not be considered regardless of brand or social media credentials.

  • Deep expertise in TikTok Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce—including product catalog integrations, dynamic retargeting, lookalike audience construction, and creative performance analysis.

  • Proven experience managing an influencer or creator affiliate program at scale—with quantified results in affiliate-driven GMV contribution and CAC reduction.

  • Experience in drop culture, limited-edition product releases, or live commerce marketing—understanding of FOMO mechanics, scarcity-driven urgency, and pre-launch hype engineering.

  • E-commerce email and lifecycle marketing experience: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent — with demonstrated results in LTV extension through post-purchase engagement and retention campaigns.

  • MENA e-commerce market experience is strongly preferred—knowledge of Arabic-language content performance, Gulf consumer behavior, and regional social platform dynamics.

  • Arabic language fluency required. Turkish language is an advantage.

  • Experience working with licensed IP, sports merchandise, gaming, or fandom commerce brands is a significant differentiator.

  • Familiarity with Shopify analytics, cohort analysis, and e-commerce unit economics — this person must be comfortable in a conversation about LTV:CAC ratios, blended CAC, and ROAS by cohort.
